mobile product sales training // email marketing
Worked with the LG Electronics Mobile Phone division to create training programs to arm retailers and wireless carriers with the tools, tips and knowledge to sell LG smartphones, smart watches and other devices and accessories. We created purposeful training programs to give sales associates much needed in-depth training on new features in flagship smartphones as well as refreshers on older features that make LG smartphones unique so that they could sell more units in a crowded market. Each training module includes sales language, tips, interactive exersizes, static and animated infographics, gamification, demo videos and quizzes to help with knowledge retention.
For major smartphone releases including the LG G4, V10, G5 and V20 I helped create unique campaigns and call to action marketing to encourage retail sales associates (RSAs) to learn the most about the newest product launches. These campaigns would have unique graphic styles and a wide variety of information taught, starting with basic overview modules that give high level information and then a variety of more in depth modules on more specific features such as the camera, audio features, and unique LG sofware. To promote these modules we would create email marketing and hero banners for LG’s learning management platform.
